Stephen is a graduate of the University of Washington with
a Masters Degree in Counseling. He has specialized in the treatment of
cocaine addiction since 1990. Steve has been the Director of CORP Drug
Testing since 1995. He is the author of two books on drugs, "Getting Off Crack"
and " Doing Drugs: Patterns of African American Addiction."
